Recent Four-Lid Blepharoplasty Results

This patient presented with drooping upper lids that were interfering with her vision, but she also had cosmetic complaints about her lower lids. I noted significant brow asymmetry as well, with the right being quite a bit lower than the left.
She underwent internal upper lid lifting, to show more of her eye. The excess upper lid tissue was removed with an upper blepharoplasty. The lower lid puffiness was removed from inside the lower lid. Finally, the right brow was elevated with a careful incision directly above the brow. Below, she is depicted at 3 months. Further improvement in brow symmetry is expected.
